Come to the Banquet
UPDATE: Location change. The ASC and Banquet were originally going to be at Westworth United, but have been relocated to St. Mary’s Road United.
Saturday, April 18 is our Annual Service of Celebration, to recognize the 2026 graduates of the Centre for Christian Studies and to honour this year’s recipient of the Companion of the Centre award. The Annual Service of Celebration starts at 3pm and is free and open to the public. (The service will also be livestreamed.)
Following the service, the celebrations will continue with a banquet catered by Urban Prairie Cuisine. Whether you have a personal connection to one of the honourees (Diaconal Ministries Diploma recipients Jenni Krall or Lauri Ladd, Anglican Certificate in Diaconal Ministry recipient Cassandra Golondrina, Certificate in Social Justice recipient Andy Pitter, or 2026 Companion of the Centre Carol Stevenson-Seller) or you just like spending time with the CCS community and eating good food, you are invited. The CCS banquet is at 6:00pm at St. Mary’s Road United Church (613 St. Mary’s Rd, Winnipeg.) Tickets are $60/person and you can book them by RSVPing to the invitation below by April 2.
