Noelle Bowles

Welcome Noelle

Starting in September 2026, Noelle Bowles will be joining the CCS staff on a part-time contract basis as a member of Program Staff. Noelle is familiar to CCS students as chaplain and guest facilitator for the Health, Pain, and Trauma learning circle.

Noelle has worked in various forms of ministry for over 25 years – including working at the United Church General Council Office, in congregational ministry with rural, urban, suburban, new church development communities of faith, and hospital chaplaincy. She has also worked in child and adolescent mental health, and crisis response within the educational and health care systems. She has taught counselling-related courses at the University of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba. Noelle is currently completing a Doctor of Education degree from Western University with a focus on equity, diversity, and social justice.

“I am thrilled about coming to work at CCS,” says Noelle. “It feels like my professional worlds are coming together in an amazing way.” We are thrilled that Noelle will be sharing her gifts and her wisdom with CCS students as a part of Program Staff.
