Culture, Identity, and Educational Ministry
CCS’s Culture & Identity is an education and worship learning circle exploring who we are what is ministry in an intercultural, intersectional, interfaith world. In 2027 we will be melding themes from Culture & Identity into the online Intercultural Ministry for Educational Ministry course offered jointly by Emmanuel College, St. Andrew’s College, the Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre, and the Centre for Christian Studies. (We collaborated on this course last year, and it went well enough that we decided to do it again!) This course will be an opportunity to think about and practice what Christian education means from an intercultural perspective.
Culture & Identity / Intercultural Leadership for Educational Ministry will be offered online in 2027, one day a month from January to April. The dates are January 15 (9am-4pm EST), Feb 12, March 12, and April 9. You can register through any of the collaborating institutions.
