CCS Annual General Meeting – “Celebrations and Challenges”

The Annual Meeting of Friends of the Centre for Christian Studies will be held on

Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 6-8 PM CST

By conference call for Friends across Canada or at J. S. Woodsworth House, 60 Maryland St., Winnipeg MB for Friends in the Winnipeg area

The gathering will include

• Worship
• Business: receipt of reports, appointment of auditors, election of Central Council
• Other: Terms of Bursary Funds, Review of Working Groups, Update on Bylaws
• Attracting Students and Growing our Program: An interactive presentation by the Student Recruitment and Tuition Task Group and a chance for you to give your best ideas

The meeting is geared to Friends of the Centre – that is, people who are supporters as volunteers, donors, field educators, ambassadors, readers of the CCS emails, and generally anyone who wants to share in a couple of hours with other wonderful people. It is the time when the Council and staff are accountable to the constituency. The Annual Report will be available on the CCS website one week before the meeting.

A simple supper will be served at 5:00 PM at the Centre for Christian Studies.
