Farewell to Kimiko

Farewell to Kimiko

We are sad to announce that our Communications Coordinator Kimiko Karpoff will be leaving her staff position at the Centre for Christian Studies this fall. Kimiko is a graduate of CCS, and while we are sorry to lose her as a colleague and staff member, she will continue to be a cherished part of our community.

Kimiko has brought gifts of creativity, clear-sightedness, and warm fellowship to our community. Her writing, photography, vision, and organizational skills have enlivened our newsletters, social media feeds, and publications. She has brought an authentic diaconal ‘voice’ to our communications work, shared in learning circle leadership, and connected with many members of our broad community.

Drop in to say good-bye

We will be celebrating Kimiko’s time with us on Monday, September 16 between 5:30 – 7:30 pm CDT at Woodsworth House, with the option of online visiting between 6 – 7pm https://zoom.us/j/923918881 Light refreshments will be served at Woodsworth House.

Best wishes can be left below or sent electronically.

We wish Kimiko all the best as her journey carries her forward. Although we will miss working closely with her, we celebrate the strength and clarity of her call to new ministries – she is indeed Imagining Church Differently.
