Hack, hack, cough, cough
If you visit the CCS website often (and honestly, why wouldn’t you?) you might have noticed that we got hacked yesterday. Visiting the site brought up a black page with a taunting “you’ve been hacked” message and ominous music.
It seems like we’ve got things fixed, thanks to some help from the support staff at our internet service providers. We had to revert to a backed up version of the website, so if you’re looking for something you saw on Thursday but it doesn’t seem to be there today, let us know and we’ll see if we can get it back up for you.

I missed reading the General Council reflections. Are you able to repost the lost ones?
Yes, Barbara. The reflections for all seven days have been updated and are in the “CCS Correspondents at General Council” post. (If you’re only seeing a few, hit the refresh button on your browser.)
At first I thought that this was one of Scott’s fun posts! Imagine that CCS seemed that important to be hacked! Thank you Scott for your work to get the website up and running again.
It would be nice to think we were specially targeted for whatever reason, but I’m pretty sure it was just random.
Is it bad that a little part of me is sad that I missed that hacked message???
Yes, yes it is bad. 🙂
