Story and Spirituality at CCS this Fall
This October the Centre for Christian Studies will be offering two wonderful continuing education opportunities! Ministry as Storytelling will look at the transformative power of story and the role that storytelling plays in Christian education and worship. Spiritual Practice will be an exploration of practices and disciplines in the Christian tradition that can deepen our spirituality and enliven our faith-in-action.
These week-long learning circles will be offered back-to-back, so book off a couple of weeks and go deep with us at the Centre for Christian Studies in Winnipeg.
EW01 Ministry as Storytelling 2023
October 11-17. An Education and Worship learning circle on story in preaching and teaching, scripture as narrative, and the arts in ministry. In-person at the Centre for Christian Studies, Winnipeg. Tuition cost: $820.
SC05 Spiritual Practice 2023
October 19-25. A Spiritual Care learning circle focusing on the history and diversity of Christian spiritual practices, private devotion and communal spirituality, discipleship, and companioning. In-person at the Centre for Christian Studies, Winnipeg. Tuition cost: $820.
