Engaging Anti-Racism
We are almost halfway into the “40 Days of Engagement on Anti-Racism”. The United Church of Canada has put out a variety of reflections, resources, and activities to deepen your understanding and strengthen your commitment to racial justice.
As well, this summer DOTAC (Diakonia of the Americas and Caribbean) continued their Racial Justice Journey series with online presentations by Marlene Britton (on code switching), Hyerim Park (on anti-Asian racism in Canada), David Rojas Martίnez (exploring the burning bush story), and Colleen Bernu (on the Spirit as disturber). You can find videos of these presentations on the DOTAC Youtube page.
What resources have you found useful, for yourself and your community?
