Congratulations to Hubert Den Draak and Jackie Van’t Voort who were commissioned to diaconal ministry by their Conferences. Hubert was commissioned by Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario Conference at a Celebration of Ministries service in Kenora, ON, and Jackie was commissioned by Bay of Quinte Conference at their annual meeting in Pembroke, ON.
The CCS Archives Working Group is looking for volunteers to 1) put together a display on CCS’s Anglican heritage, and/or 2) work with the historic deaconess uniform.
The CCS Awards Working Group is inviting nominations for the 2014 Companion of the Centre Award.
