Best Wishes to our 2014 Grads
This weekend seven students will graduate from the CCS Diaconal Diploma Program. They will receive their diplomas at a banquet on Saturday night (March 29) and will be recognized at the Annual Service of Celebration on Sunday afternoon (2:00 pm, March 30, at Thompson Funeral Chapel on Broadway in Winnipeg). If you can’t join us for the ASC on Sunday (or even if you can) please leave a word of congratulations to our graduates in the comments below. We’ll pass them on to the grads: Ellen Baynton-Walker, Jamie Bradshaw, Barbara Hansen, Gwen McAllister, Jacqueline Samson, Kelley Warner, and Kristin Wood.
At the Annual Service of Celebration, we will also be honouring the 2014 recipients of the Companion of the Centre Award – Lynda Gow and Eric Tusz-King. Please feel free to offer your best wishes to these admirable models of diaconal commitment.

What a joy to know each of you, and what a blessing you are to the world. May this graduation be an invitation for all to celebrate what you have done, a chance to shine in who you are becoming, and an inspiration to your lives of daikonia. My spirit is certainly there with you and cheering you on! Awesome.
