CCS Friday – Christianity in a Crisis-shaped World
December 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CST
Join us on Friday, December 6th (noon Central, 1pm ET, 11am MT, 1oam PT, 2pm AT) for an online discussion of the shape of a Christian witness in a changing and challenging world. Jesse Zink’s new book Faithful, Creative, Hopeful: Fifteen Theses for Christians in a Crisis-Shaped World, draws on Scripture, the Christian tradition, and on-the-ground ministry experience to offer new paths for Christian ministry in a world being reshaped by climate change, economic inequality, and human migration. He’ll be joining the CCS community to discuss the ideas in his book and lead discussion on the changing nature of Christian witness.
Rev. Dr. Jesse Zink is the principal of Montreal Diocesan Theological College. You can learn more about the new book on the publisher’s website and read the introduction and first few chapters for free on Google Books.
