Learning on Purpose:Changing Leadership for a Changing World is an intensive two-week course for people who want to develop their leadership skills and make connections between their faith, passions, and sense of purpose and their actions in the world.  Participants will explore models of leadership and approaches to theology, education, pastoral care, and social justice that empower and create change.

The Leadership Development Module is a two-week exploration of faith-filled leadership.  It provides an introduction to learning in community and explores themes of pastoral care, social ministry, education, theology, group dynamics, dealing with conflicts, vision and making change, empowerment, and ministry.

The Social Ministry Year is one of the three theme years in the CCS diaconal program.

The Leadership Development Module is a two-week exploration of faith-filled leadership.  It provides an introduction to learning in community and explores themes of pastoral care, social ministry, education, theology, group dynamics, dealing with conflicts, vision and making change, empowerment, and ministry.

Each year CCS students, usually in their Integrating Year, travel to another part of the world to broaden their understanding of themselves, their theological convictions, and their role in marginalization/oppression and justice-making in the global context.

The Pastoral Care Year is one of three theme years in the CCS Diaconal Ministry program.
