An afternoon of “songs, wine, & story chunks” at St. Peter’s Anglican Church hall (Elm Street at Grant Avenue in Winnipeg), on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 2-4 pm.
With the help of actor Scott Douglas, friends who are more musical, and coloured liquids, Bob will share samplings from the storybooks. These are whimsical re-tellings of biblical stories and teachings we to God’s passionate love for the earth and all the creatures. Even humans. With humour, coloured illustrations and hopefulness, these stories speak to adults and wise children alike. Come and taste from this little community celebration.
This is event is with the support of the McGeachy Foundation of the United Church of Canada, the Centre for Christian Studies, and Racka Tacka Sacka Press.
